The problem

Switch life tests done by manual pumping and hand counting miss drifting actuation points; fast shock and slow ramp duty cannot both be covered by one rig.

Capability

Endurance bench for high-pressure and low-pressure switch make-break life tests. Ten stations with independently settable on and off times (0-9999s), counts (0-999999) and make/break pressures (0-0.4MPa); two modes - fast shock (quick high-low switching) and slow ramp (gradual rise and fall across the set band); VFD pump gives constant-pressure feed of 30L/min at 4bar from an 80L SS304 tank with float level protection; pressure collected by transmitters (0.25 percent F.S) and uploaded to the PLC; contacts wired through quick connectors so the PLC judges make-break by IO state, pneumatic angle-seat valves control the pressure source; the screen shows mode, make and break pressures, cumulative counts, timings and verdicts; all wetted parts SS304, piping rated 5MPa, water and electricity separated. Weinview touch screen with Mitsubishi FX3U PLC.
