Dongguan Liqing Precision Mould Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003 and is located in Xiaodong Industrial Park, Dongda 3rd Street, Shatou, Chang’an Town, Dongguan. We are a professional manufacturer of high‑precision motor core stamping dies integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales and technical services.
 
We are deeply engaged in motor stator and rotor progressive stamping dies and capable of developing a wide range of high‑end custom dies, including in‑mold self‑bonding dies, large‑rotary dies, core‑less cup motor dies and dispensing dies. To further enhance mass‑delivery capacity, we established Foshan Bodeng Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. as our production base in Shiyou Industrial Park of Foshan in 2021. A dual‑base collaborative operation model is established: Dongguan undertakes precision mold component processing and cryogenic treatment, while Foshan is responsible for R&D, assembly, maintenance and mass production of self‑bonding motor cores. We deliver one‑stop closed‑loop services covering mold development, stamping, core stacking and customer sample making.
 
We continuously adopt advanced global mold‑design concepts and processing technologies. Upholding the pioneering spirit of forging ahead and pursuing excellence, we address real‑world production pain points within the motor manufacturing industry, create value for domestic and overseas customers and improve project return on investment.
 
Our workshop is equipped with a full portfolio of high‑end precision processing facilities: 32 sets of Japanese high‑precision slow wire‑cut machines, 12 CNC machining centers, 1 Nidec gantry 5‑face machining center, 3 Okamoto heavy‑duty surface grinders, 6 Taiwan KINGDE heavy‑duty surface grinders, 2 CNC lathes, 3 internal‑external cylindrical grinders, 17 precision surface grinders, supplemented by milling machines, conventional lathes, tungsten‑carbide milling machines, punch grinders and other complete processing equipment.
 
We have established a comprehensive quality‑inspection system equipped with Swiss TRIMOS height gauges, Mitutoyo profile projectors and CMM coordinate measuring instruments to strictly control machining accuracy throughout the whole production process.
 
The die‑testing workshop is equipped with large‑tonnage presses of 400T and 300T, as well as Japanese Kyori high‑speed precision presses of 160T, 120T and 80T, fully satisfying die‑trial‑validation requirements for various motor dies.
 
Talent team: We have 22 professional design and engineering specialists covering mold structure, stamping technology, core stacking, inspection and verification. Together with more than 130 senior front‑line technicians, we have built a complete talent echelon spanning R&D, process implementation and production execution, enabling strong independent R&D and innovation capabilities. Our annual production capacity exceeds 380 sets of precision motor‑core dies.
 
Leveraging the synergy between our Dongguan and Foshan bases, we serve numerous domestic motor manufacturers and operate multiple overseas service outlets. We provide full‑scope OEM / ODM customization services for global customers, including sample‑making services for customer prototype validation. Supported by advanced equipment, mature technologies and large‑scale production workflows, we can meet diversified demands for stamping dies and finished motor cores across industries such as UAVs, robotics, medical‑device motors, micro‑motors, home appliances, water pumps and garden power tools.
