Countertop ovens whose door glass shatters without warning, or whose outer surface fails the temperature-rise limit at certification, usually trace back to unstable toughening, excess surface temperature rise, cold shock on hot glass, or over-tight assembly stress. The NL-OVG-4 measures rise, shock and assembly stress on four stations.
