磁性分离器是一种无心磨床中一个用来分离金属铁屑、细铁屑、铸件铁屑等从冷却液中分离出来的机器。磁性分离器主要分为胶辊磁性分离器和梳齿磁性分离器两种。

    胶辊磁性分离器用于磨床及其它机床冷却液的净化。通过分离器的磁性滚筒把冷却液中的铁屑吸出，使冷却液保持干净、使用磁性分离器可以减少砂轮修正次数，提高工件的表面光洁度,延长砂轮和冷却液的使用寿命。同时减轻工人的劳动强度，减少了冷却液对环境的污染，胶辊磁性分离器不适用于冷却液中含较大颗粒的场合。

    梳齿磁性分离器用于轧辊磨床，轴承磨床等大流量工作杂质多的生产场所。其工作面呈梳齿状，内部永磁材料磁性强度高，与铁磁性杂质接触面积大，能够有效的将冷却液中的铁磁性杂质吸附在梳齿表面，并经向上倾斜的刮板刮出，杂质与冷却液分离效果好，提高工件加工精度，是大流量磨削机床理想的配套设备。特别适合于冷却液中杂质颗粒较大的场合。
