This machine separates the magnetite with the helping of water.
It can be made by one or several drums based on deferent material.
It is applicable for fluid limonite selection or ridding the intense magnetic minerals from non magnetic ore.
It can be feed and discharged continuously with highly-efficient in production
Working principle:
When the fluid mineral flowing into the magnetic field, the strong magnetic minerals is adsorbed on the surface of the drum. The weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals is cast off and discharged, then the strong magnetic minerals on the drum's surface rotates with the drum and will be collected by water.
The drum can be equipped with three kinds of trough as below: Downstream trough (Series CTS), upstream trough (Series CTN) and semi-upstream trough (Series CTB).
The downstream trough (Series CTS) is applicable to first concentration and concentration for ore size: 0~6mm.
The upstream trough (Series CTN) is applicable to first concentration and concentration for ore size: 0~0.6mm and the reclaiming of heavy-medium from coal preparation industry.
The semi-upstream trough (Series CTB) is applicable to first concentration and concentration for ore size: 0~0.5mm, especially for size 0 ~ 0.15mm.
