Production Description
Coal mining polyester fiber reinforced plastic mesh fake ceiling is made of high modulus, high strength polyester filament warp knitted and bundled together as the base body, and coated with flame retarded, static conductive material. It can replace metal wire net, plastic net, steel-plastic composite net, baling tape net, etc. The product has the excellent property in acid and alkali-resisting, anti-aging, high junction strength. Furthermore, it has long life length, high tensile strength, flame retarded and static conductive characteristics. Therefore, it can be widely used in tunnels for its protective ceiling, side protection and working fake ceiling.

柔软、重量轻、拉力及接点强度高、每平方米的煤矿井下用聚酯纤维增强塑料网假顶只有1KG左右，同等金属网的重量则是本产品的10倍以上。每平方米的最小拉力强度达40KN，{zd0}拉力强度可达1000KN，同等其它金属网与其聚酯纤维增强塑料网的强力是无法相比的。
抗酸碱、抗寒冷、耐腐蚀、耐潮湿、不产生静电，阻燃性能好，在井下埋压性能基本不变，金属腐蚀严重，大大降低拉力强度。

With the lithe property, light in weight,high in breaking strength and junction strength, the consumption of the fake ceiling is only around 1 kg per meter, while the weight of corresponding metal ceiling will be 10 times as much. The breaking strength can be ranged from 40kn to 800kn. The property is outstanding, compared with the metal net and other high strength mining nets for the same use.
